Elspeth Beard was the first British woman to ride a motorcycle around the world, and the Beard boots are designed for riders who wants to follow her footsteps. Made with American full-grain leather and D3O mesh ankle protection, these boots also feature a high-resistant rubber sole and lockstitch sewing construction. With a medium heel and Western design, you'll feel confident and powerful on any adventure.
Beard is a trailblazing woman who rode around the world on a BMW R60/6 in 1982, becoming one of few British women to do so at the time. She traveled 35,000 miles across 23 countries, facing crashes, thefts, and state shutdowns along the way. Despite the lack of interest upon her return home, Beard continued her studies to become an architect, and in 2017, documented her intrepid journey. Her fearless determination and rebellious spirit challenged societal norms and inspired women to go against expectations and live life on their own terms.
