Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

Should you need to return or exchange your order, please follow this procedure to ensure proper processing.

  1. Email Wind & Throttle at within 10 calendar days of the date your order was delivered and include the following information: your name, email address, phone number, order number and reason for return. If you wish to exchange, please let us know what you want to exchange for.
  2. Once your return is approved by Wind & Throttle, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and must ship the item back to the return address at your own cost within 10 calendar days. Please use a trackable carrier as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  3. Merchandise must be in protective packaging with tags still on and cannot have any signs of wear. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
  4. Once the item is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be issued or the exchange will be shipped out; whichever applies to your order. Unfortunately, original shipping charges and duties (if applicable) cannot be refunded. And don't worry, we don't charge restocking fees.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please email us at within 30 days of receiving your order and include the following information: your name, email address, phone number, order number and issue with the item. The issue will be reviewed and resolved promptly. Please note that normal wear and tear are not considered defects.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement unless the shipping process has already begun; in which case, a RA will be needed to return the item. To cancel an order, please email us at promptly so we can do our best to intercept the order. If we are able to cancel the order, you will be notified and any charges will be refunded. However if the order has already been processed, you will have to return the item after it has been received, requiring you to follow the steps listed above for “Returns.”
